Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 10 business days of receiving the product. Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective or non-functional.
- The item received does not match the description or order placed.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless proven to be defective or non-functional.
Refund Process
If you believe your item qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify us of the issue at info@resitap.com within 10 business days of receiving the product. Include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Supporting evidence, such as photos or videos (if applicable).
- Approval Review: Once your request is received, we will evaluate the issue and contact you within 2-3 business days to confirm eligibility for a return.
- Return the Item: If approved, a return address will be provided
Return shipping costs will only be covered by us if the product is defective or non-functional. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom or personalized items unless proven to be defective or non-functional.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Refund requests made after 10 business days of receiving the product.
- Sale or clearance items.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent. If an exchange is needed, please contact us at info@resitap.com to arrange a replacement.
