2. The RESiTAP App

The RESiTAP Android app allows users to program NFC chips embedded in their RESiTAP products. The app provides the following functionality:

• Write a URL to an NFC chip
• Write a vCard (contact card) to an NFC chip
• Read the contents of an NFC chip
• Lock an NFC chip to prevent further writing

All NFC read and write operations occur entirely on your device. No data from your NFC chips is transmitted to RESiTAP or any third party.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

The RESiTAP app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact details through the app
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect the URLs or vCard data you program onto your NFC chips
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs in the app
• We do not serve advertisements
• We do not share any data with third parties

4. NFC Permissions

The app requests access to your device's NFC hardware in order to read and write NFC chips. This permission is used solely for the core functionality of the app. NFC data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted externally.

5. Website & E-Commerce

When you visit resitap.com or make a purchase through our Shopify store, standard web technologies such as cookies may be used by our platform providers (Netlify, Shopify) for functionality and security purposes. If you contact us via our contact form, the information you provide (name, email, message) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with any third party.
